This modern self-catering home has stunning panoramic views of the Norfolk coastline and is just a few steps to its beautiful sandy beaches.

Two parking spaces are directly outside the home and there is a small enclosed garden with garden furniture, and terrace at the rear.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay and are also allowed to exercise on the dog-friendly beach in front of the property all year around.

This two-bedroomed self-catering home is ideal for a family holiday, comfortably sleeping 4 people, with a master bedroom overlooking the sea.  It also has one twin bedroom and a modern walk in shower and WC. A further WC is located on the ground floor.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine and adjoins the dining area.

There are direct sea views from the lounge, which has two settees, coffee table and a large 40” digital TV, DVD player, broadband and free Wi-Fi.

A large conservatory along the rear of the property has double doors opening into the garden which is a sun trap for sun lovers.

Your stay includes bed linen, and utility towels.

Walcott is well placed for the many North Norfolk beaches, countryside towns, and attractions. Local amenities include a local shop, two pubs, a café and a very good Fish & Chip shop. Other well-known Norfolk towns are a short drive away and include Mundesley and Cromer with its famous pier, to the north with Happisburgh, Wroxham and Hemsby village to the south.
