Jet ski enthusiasts launch from the beach at Walcott and sea fishers can also cast off from the beach below.
Nature abounds; grey seals can be seen fishing on the sand banks, occasionally porpoises swim by and there are bats in the evening. An abundance of birds live and breed in this habitat, the autumn geese migrations being particularly impressive.
The coastal shipping lanes can be observed with good binoculars and in the evenings the horizon twinkles with passing liners, container ships and small fishing boats.
Little light pollution means starlit skies that are absolutely stunning and the coastline views a delight to the eye.
For cosy nights in when Norfolk gets colder, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge and plenty of logs making The Beach House a real home-from-home.
