Grange cottage is a grade 2 listed brick and flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position down a private drive, surrounded by private woodland, fields and is adjacent to a working farm. Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, alive with wildlife (many kinds of songbirds, owls, bats, rabbits, foxes and Muntjac deer). It has ample parking to the front and an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods.

The Accommodation can sleep two or up to six guests plus cot has Wifi and is pet friendly; Parties of two persons can hire the ground floor only at 60% of the advertised weekly price, please enquire by email (for short break rates) to info@barnandbeach.com

Grange Cottage is set in farmland and woods overlooking the coastal plain less than a mile from the sandy beaches of Bacton and Walcott on the North Norfolk coast.

Grange Cottage is within easy reach of many attractions and sites including the Norfolk Broads (boat hire available), Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Sheringham Woods, Horsey Mill & Elizabethen House Museum (National Trust). The seaside resorts of Mundesley, Cromer, Sheringham and Great Yarmouth, it is also only 45 minutes from the historic cathedral city of Norwich.

Norfolk is full of pretty villages and market towns North Walsham, Holt and Aylsham are popular with visitors.

Cycling is a pleasant way of exploring the area and the route 30 takes you from the front door along the whole of the North Norfolk coast in both directions.

There are many attractive walks nearby too Weavers Way, Paston Way, Peddars Way and North Norfolk coastal path are all worth exploring.
