Occupancy
Maximum Occupancy two persons per room, we also have the double room (at the B&B) that we book only for family groups.
Check-In from 4pm; check out by 10.30am on day of departure.
Payment
Deposits by cheque or bank transfer at time of booking for B&B balance paid on arrival.
Payment for Beach Houses see below;
If you have to cancel we will try to re-let your accommodation but deposits are not normally refundable because of associated costs of making the booking and re-letting. In line with case law, should accommodation not be re-let, you are liable for 30% of the balance if you cancel within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 80% within 48 hours. Travel curtailment/cancellation insurance is recommended.
Balance is paid 4 weeks in advance (Beach Houses) on arrival B&B. We have no credit card facilities at the present time.
No Smoking
Guests who wish to smoke must use the garden spaces provided.
Pets
We are happy to welcome one well-behaved house trained dog at the Beach Houses. More than one is by negotiation only.
